At 34 shoe widths (1 shoe = 32 centimeters), our Schreiberhaus is a rather stately town house. Over the last few generations, it has housed the Waldeck village clerk. He took care of the historical and current events in the village. It is said that the last active clerk was so small that he had to sit on three jute pillows filled with grain in order to reach the inkwell at the top of the table. This earned him the nickname scribe's bag.
The apartments on the top floor of the Schreiberhaus are particularly impressive. They are so spacious that children can even float through the gable on a swing. The other 5 apartments are in no way behind. The loving design makes them a relaxing retreat for your vacation.
