Practical tips for your visit to the festival
Before we start, here is some useful information you should know for your evening at the theatre:
Clothing & weather
Even on hot days, it can get quite chilly between the granite rocks in the evening - so a jacket or blanket is recommended. You can also buy blankets from the kiosk on site if necessary. There is no need to worry about getting wet: The grandstand is protected from the rain by a tent roof.
Be there in good time
The seats are numbered, but arriving without stress is simply more fun. Allow enough time to arrive stress-free and possibly take advantage of the on-site catering facilities.
Do not take any bulky items with you
For safety reasons, the organiser asks that you do not take any bulky items (rucksacks, large bags, umbrellas, etc.) into the auditorium.
Arrival & car parking
There is a large visitor car park directly at the Luisenburg. From there it is only a few minutes' walk to the stage.
Accessibility
The venue is accessible for visitors with limited mobility. Please inform the team in advance to make appropriate arrangements.
Duration & WC
All Luisenburg Festival performances usually last around two hours and take place without an interval. It is therefore best to go to the toilet before the performance begins!
Before or after the performance
we recommend a walk through the famous rock labyrinth, which is an impressive sight for nature lovers.
