Lovingly prepared dishes for our hotel guests

With great care and dedication, the kitchen team at the in-house restaurant creates seasonal and regional à la carte dishes each evening for both hotel guests and external visitors. For a light bite or refreshment during the day, our hotel guests can enjoy a fine selection of warm and cold dishes, snacks, and drinks from our bistro menu. Simply ask our staff on site.

Every Saturday in summer (depending on the number of reservations), guests can enjoy buffets featuring seasonal and regional specialties in our Hollerscheune. External guests are also warmly welcome. We kindly ask you to reserve in advance by calling +49 9642 70 43 10 or sending an email to rezeption@hollerhoefe.de.

If you don't want to leave your room, we will bring breakfast to you! Please order in our restaurant by 16:00 the day before. We charge a service fee of € 10 for breakfast in bed. Our service staff will be happy to advise you on what to order.

Are you travelling early or would you like to take your breakfast with you? No problem! Our ‘breakfast for early risers’ is available Monday to Friday from 6:00 - 7:30 am.

To let us know that you are an early bird, please contact reception the day before. The early bird breakfast costs € 7.00.

In our Hollermanufaktur, cooking together becomes a truly special experience. During our cooking classes and kitchen parties, you’ll learn directly from the head chef, discover new techniques, and enjoy the pleasure of preparing dishes in a convivial atmosphere. Whether as an experience for two, with friends, or as a team event, the focus is on sharing the moment. Afterwards, you’ll enjoy together what you’ve created with passion. 

Bookable from €69 per person as a 3-course menu, for groups of up to 15 people.
